April 2018 Events Calendar and First Quarter RE Market Stats

Oh my goodness!  Where does the time go?? Between the Easter kids out of school weeks, limited staff at Sugar Bowl, tax season and prepping for a family visit that didn’t materialize, I’m waaaay overdue for getting the events calendar for April up and running. We may be heading into off season here in tourist town USA, but you wouldn’t know it by all the ‘happenings’ going on in April.  I didn’t even do a deep dive into surrounding areas, which I usually try to do. We’ll be sure to catch up with that soon. Be sure to pick up the Tahoe Weekly for more events you may be interested in as well.
